4-Day Safari from Nairobi to Lake Nakuru & Masai Mara Game Reserve

Day 1: Nairobi to Lake Nakuru National Park
Begin your safari with an early morning pickup from your hotel in Nairobi. Travel through scenic tea and coffee plantations, visit Thomson Falls, and cross the Equator on your way to Lake Nakuru National Park. Along the way, enjoy game drives before checking into your lodge or camp. In the afternoon, explore the park and marvel at the stunning flamingoes and pelicans on the lake while spotting white and black rhinos, Rothschild giraffes, waterbucks, and other African wildlife. The surrounding lake forest attracts a wide variety of birds. You will spend the night at Lake Nakuru Lodge, Flamingo Hill Tented Camp, or Sarova Lion Hill Lodge with lunch and dinner provided.

Day 2: Lake Nakuru National Park to Masai Mara Game Reserve
After an early morning game drive and breakfast, depart for the world-famous Masai Mara Game Reserve. On the way, enjoy a game drive and spot wildlife before arriving at your lodge or camp for lunch and check-in. In the afternoon, relax until 3:00 PM when your evening game drive begins, giving you the chance to experience the park’s spectacular wildlife at dusk. Overnight will be at Mara Sopa Lodge, Camp Oloshaiki, or Ashnil Mara Camp, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner included.

Day 3: Full-Day Safari in Masai Mara Game Reserve
Spend a full day exploring the Masai Mara Game Reserve, home to Kenya’s iconic Big Five: lion, elephant, rhino, buffalo, and leopard. Witness wildebeests, zebras, cheetahs, gazelles, and a wide variety of other African wildlife. This is the perfect opportunity for wildlife photography and to experience the breathtaking landscapes of one of Africa’s premier safari destinations. Overnight will be at Mara Sopa Lodge, Camp Oloshaiki, or Ashnil Mara Camp with all meals included.

Day 4: Masai Mara to Nairobi
Begin the day with a morning game drive before breakfast. Afterward, drive back to Nairobi, stopping for lunch along the way. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel or the airport for your onward journey, concluding your unforgettable safari adventure. Breakfast and lunch are included.
