Shimoni & Kisite Marine Park (Full Day).

A relaxed departure for Kisite/Shimoni gorgeous Marine Park where you in crystal clear waters can get to swim with the dolphins & enjoy the array of marine life. This tour takes you by road to Shimoni – south of the urban centers of Mombasa. At Shimoni, you board an Old Arab dhow, now motorized for flexibility and sail through an enchanting sea scope of islets and reefs to the marvels of the underwater world at the Kisite Marine National park. Time means nothing here, as you float in an exotic world of marine fantasy while even the most critical gastronomic tastes will be satiated with a locally-caught seafood lunch at the Wasini Island restaurant. A visit the coral garden where the Wasini Women’s Boardwalk sits atop is a place that reminds one of Stonehenge — but from a different vantage point. When the full moon approaches, this area is completely covered by the rising ocean waters. We think it’s magical. Before leaving Shimoni you may visit the famous Shimoni caves if you wish. The coral caves were used by slave traders holding slaves prior to shipment.
Return to the jetty where the bus awaits your arrival to take you back to your hotel.
